It is an ongoing process of mutual influence, interaction on various levels, and changes that occur in this process. It is an exchange of differences, interactivity, and a dialogue of values. Awareness of these elements can be the key to observing team members during meetings or training. Therefore, I encourage you to observe the participants with curiosity, in order to more effectively help them build a solid and effective team.
